• Advised private citizen and war veteran Bill Bouchard to take plea bargain in case brought by State of Wyoming Department of Wildlife, on charges of: First Degree Taking of Animals that Resulted in the Loss of a Wildlife Resources, Taking of Game or Fish by Allowing Meat to go to Waste, Use of an Assault Rifle on a Raptor, Wanton or Negligent Discharge of a Service-issued Rifle Under Color of Law, as well as forging Wyoming State Insignia, and Constructing an Ersatz Warden Vehicle with the Intent to Deceive.

• 1997 Zoning Lawsuit against the Stormfront White Nationalist Community. Resulted in a settlement requiring overtime, back and hazard pay to all former Stormfront members who worked at rallies lasting greater than 4 hours or involving fire.

• Acquittal on all charges against King Ntare IV, former mwami of Burundi, for DUI and leaving the scene of an accident

• Negotiated 5-figure real estate contract for Arabic R&B recording artist Haz-ne'ne'

• Appointed Special Master for compliance with consent decree in United States v. Poole, a nuisance abatement lawsuit over the use of anti-moth pesticide sprays on home-schooled youths.
